At Moonvine Atelier, each order is prepared with care and attention. We aim to provide a thoughtful and reliable shipping experience, whether your purchase is traveling across Montana or around the world.
1. Order Processing
In-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within two business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time begin processing on the following business day.
Sundays and recognized postal holidays are excluded from processing times. Unexpected delays will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. Estimated timelines will be discussed individually.
2. Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the United States.
Available shipping services and applicable charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs may vary according to destination, package dimensions, weight, and carrier availability.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when supported by the selected service.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Moonvine Atelier.
3. International Shipping
Moonvine Atelier welcomes international orders to destinations supported by our shipping carriers and applicable shipping regulations.
International shipping charges are calculated during checkout when carrier rates are available. A backup shipping rate may apply when automated calculations are unavailable.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs processing and international transit times vary. Moonvine Atelier cannot guarantee delivery dates or control delays caused by customs authorities or international carriers.
4. Local Delivery — Billings, Montana
Local delivery is available within Billings, Montana, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Please allow two business days for order preparation. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time begin processing the following business day.
Delivery details will be coordinated following purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery location and ensuring that arrangements can be made to receive their order.
Local delivery availability may be affected by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Any necessary changes will be communicated.
5. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an address correction is needed, please contact Moonvine Atelier as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Moonvine Atelier promptly with your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
If tracking indicates that a package is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with the available carrier inquiry or claims process.
Each situation will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our return and refund policies.
7. Custom and One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Many Moonvine Atelier creations are individually assembled or produced in limited quantities.
Custom orders and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. Shipping arrangements and estimated completion dates will be communicated before dispatch.
